The organization reserves the right to hold up to 20 slots out of the 128 available, to be assigned at its own discretion (e.g. wild cards, sponsors, organizational needs). The remaining slots will be assigned in order of registration.

Punctuality

• Players must be present and ready to play 30 minutes before their scheduled match time.
• If a player is not present at the start of their match, they will be granted a 5-minute grace period.
• If after these 5 minutes the player is still not present, the organization will award 1 game (+1) to the opponent.
• If after 10 minutes the player is still not present, the organization will award 2 more games (+2) to the opponent.
• If the player is still not present 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the organization will award the win by forfeit to the opponent.

Timeouts

• During a match, each player is entitled to one 5-minute timeout, which may be requested at any time, provided it is before the start of a rack.
• When a player calls their timeout, the opponent must remain at the table. If they leave instead, their own timeout will be considered used as well.

• BY CAR:

From the A1 motorway, take the Modena Nord exit. Continue along the Modena ring road towards Bologna, take the ring road exit n° 14 then continue on Via L. Zanfi; at the traffic light turn left and continue for another 1,5 km: Marina Pool Club is located on the left.

• BY TRAIN:

The closest railway station is Modena Centro (4 km from the hotel), served by regional and long-distance trains. From the station, you can reach the pool room by taxi or by bus n° 9 (10 stops, 15 minutes).

• BY PLANE:

Modena is 45 km from the G. Marconi International Airport of Bologna and about 100 km from the V. Catullo Airport of Verona.
